OUR VISION

Our vision for Central Baptist Church is summed up in four words:

We didn't pull those four words out of thin air. They come straight from the words of Jesus:

"Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets." — Matthew 22:37-40 (KJV)

Everything we do flows from those two commands. We love God through worship, prayer, and His Word. We love others by welcoming every person who walks through our doors and caring for our neighbors in Finneytown and across Cincinnati. And the clearest picture of that love is the gospel itself:

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." — John 3:16 (KJV)

That's the love we've found at Central — and it's the love we want you to experience too. We'd love to meet you this Sunday.
